“KARAVAN Megastore” will be situated in the south of Oktyabrsky district of Dnepropetrovsk in a densely populated residential area “Sokol,” not far from the city center. According to the project, it is a 2.5-storey high shopping and entertainment complex.
Anchor tenants
- one of the largest hypermarkets in Ukraine with the total area of 21 420 sq. m.
- an electronics and household appliances supermarket with the area of about 2 049,80 sq. m.
- a construction materials supermarket with the total area of 2 191,10 sq. m.
The entertainment part of the center with the area of over 18 000 sq. m. will contain:
- an all-year-round skating rink with the area of 2230,20 sq. m for over 195 visitors per session
- a 9-hall cinema complex. Total area — 3152,30 sq. m
- a 1 000 –seat restaurant patio that includes 8 fast food restaurants
- a bowling club. Total area — 1645,60 sq. m
- a children’s entertainment center. Total area — 2075,20 sq. m
- a casino — 1146,30 sq. m
- a fitness club — 7525,40 sq. m
an Internet cafe — 281,90 sq. m
For the convenience of visitors with their own cars there is a 2700-stall car park here. Visitors who have no cars will be transported by free shuttle buses.
