Karavan Real Estate Limited is a member of Karavan Group and is a managing company of one of the businesses of the Group – construction and "KARAVAN Megastore" shopping mall management.

Current project portfolio of Karavan Real Estate Limited consists of 3 operating shopping malls and 16 projects under development.

1. “KARAVAN-KIEV”. Putting into operation – 10.2003.
2. “KARAVAN- KHARKOV”. Putting into operation – 12.2007.
3. “KARAVAN-DNEPROPETROVSK”. Putting into operation – 10. 2008.

In the course of 2007 KREL performed 2 private placements raising US $155 mln.
